Returns Policy

TWT exchanges & returns are easy and 100% free.

If you have any questions after reading through our policy and how-to below, please contact us at, and our team will be happy to help.

  • Items are eligible to be returned or exchanged within 45 days from when they were delivered.
  • To be accepted, returns & exchanges must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
  • For regular-priced items returned within 45 days, a refund to payment method, store credit, or exchange may be issued. Sale collection items are not eligible for refund but may be exchanged for a different size or returned for store credit.
  • Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Exchanges & returns are only offered for domestic orders.
  • We require order #, receipt or proof of purchase to process exchanges & returns.


  1. Go to our return form and enter your 6-digit order number and the email address or phone number used on your order.
  2. Follow steps of return form until completed.
  3. Pack items in a secure package or reuse ours.
  4. Make sure all of the returning items are in the box or bag with the invoice.
  5. Download and print the shipping label that is emailed to you once your form is submitted.
  6. Go to your local United States Post Office or schedule a USPS pickup to ship the package.
  7. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the item is processed. Please allow 2-3 business days once the item is received to process your exchange or refund.


  • We are happy to offer 100% free shipping both ways on domestic exchanges.
  • Online exchanges must be made for a new size of the same item.
  • In person exchanges must be made for a new size of the same item or items of the same or lesser value.
  • Please note for online exchanges: New size/item(s) are not held until the exchange process is complete. If the size requested is no longer available upon processing the exchange, you will receive the below for the amount of purchase
    • Regular priced items: Refund issued to card provided at checkout
    • Sale items: Store credit issued to the email provided in return form

Returns for Store Credit:

  • We are happy to offer 100% free shipping both ways on domestic exchanges for store credit.
  • Store credit will be given based on the value of the order placed.
  • Store credit will be given by a digital gift card code that will only be valid for online purchases at
  • As a thanks for continuing to shop with us, an additional 10% credit will be applied to your gift card code.

Returns for Refund:

  • We are happy to offer 100% free shipping both ways on domestic returns for refund on the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt and confirmation of the product's returned condition.

Processing & Shipping:

  • We process and ship items in the order that we receive them between 8 am - 5 pm CST Monday - Friday.
  • Please allow up to 4 business days for processing of orders to be completed.
  • Exchanges, returns for store credit, and/or returns for refund will not be processed until products have been received by our team and the product's returned condition has been confirmed.

Returns & Exchanges in Person:

  • If you want to return a product on your own, you are more than welcome to drop by our Frisco Flagship Store and return or exchange in person.
  • Please contact to get the process started.
  • We cannot guarantee that the product you'd like to exchange for will be in stock or reprinted. We recommend contacting our customer service team at to check.
