How to Use Your Tumbleweed Points

Redeem your points by going to your member dashboard after signing into the rewards program at the bottom right hand corner of our site. Icon is blue with a gold Texas on it. Once there, click ways to redeem then select the blue button that says redeem next to order discount. Slide the blue dot to the right to determine how many points you would like to redeem (100, 200, 300 points, etc.). Then select redeem and our system will generate a code for your discount. Click apply code to add to your purchase or simply copy and paste into the discount code blank at checkout. Discounts can be redeemed in groups of 500 points for $5.

How do I earn points?
Members earn points on every purchase online at tumbleweedtexstyles.com or at our flagship store in Frisco, TX. You will earn 8 Tumbleweed points for every $1 you spent online and in-store. 

• You can also earn Tumbleweed Points when you:

• Celebrate a birthday - 250 points

How do I check how many Tumbleweed Points I have?
View your Tumbleweed Points balance by going to your member dashboard after signing into the rewards program at the bottom right hand corner of our site. The icon is blue with a gold Texas on it. Once signed in, your Tumbleweed Point balance will be displayed at the top of your member dashboard.

Are there certain requirements to use a Reward?
Some of the discounts do require a minimum purchase. Please know Rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes.

• $5 off coupons = $25 minimum purchase amount

• $10 off coupons = $50 minimum purchase amount
• $20 off coupons = $100 minimum purchase amount
• Free shipping off entire order = up to a maximum shipping amount of $10.00

I joined the Tumbleweed TexStyles system in-store, do I have an online account?
If you signed up in-store (or at an event), you’ll need to complete your membership by creating an online account and password. To do this you would go to our website and click the bottom right blue icon with a gold Texas on it. There, you will select “Join Now”. You will then be instructed to enter your email address and to create a password. We recommend using the email address you used for past orders.

I redeemed a reward, but don't know where to find it.
If you redeemed a reward there are two ways you can access it:

• Online: Simply log into your rewards account on our website and click on “your rewards” to view your redeemed rewards. There you will find the discount code in which you would use at checkout.
• Email: Once you redeem a reward you will receive an email with the discount code in it. Try searching “Tumbleweed TexStyles” in the inbox of the email you associated with your rewards account to populate emails sent by us to find it.

Can I redeem points at the Frisco Flagship store? 
Yes! Just let our in store team know that you'd like to redeem your points and they'll be happy to apply them at checkout.
