BACKYARD LEXINGTON GRILLED CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dried crushed red pepper
- Chicken thighs or tenders
- Meat Church Honey Hog BBQ Rub
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Stir together the cider vinegar, brown sugar, oil, red pepper, salt & pepper
- Place vinegar mixture and chicken in a large zip-top plastic freezer bag; seal.
- Chill the ziplocked chicken at least 2 hours or up to 8 hours, turning occasionally.
- Remove Chicken from marinade
- Grill chicken, add some Meat Church Honey Hog BBQ Rub, cover with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 6-7 minutes on each side or until done, turning occasionally
