BACKYARD LEXINGTON GRILLED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon dried crushed red pepper
  • Chicken thighs or tenders
  • Meat Church Honey Hog BBQ Rub

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Stir together the cider vinegar, brown sugar, oil, red pepper, salt & pepper
  • Place vinegar mixture and chicken in a large zip-top plastic freezer bag; seal. 
  • Chill the ziplocked chicken at least 2 hours or up to 8 hours, turning occasionally.
  • Remove Chicken from marinade
  • Grill chicken, add some Meat Church Honey Hog BBQ Rub, cover with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 6-7 minutes on each side or until done, turning occasionally
