This Queso dip recipe is one of our team's favorites. With Cinco De Mayo around the corner what better way to celebrate than with some chips, queso, and a margarita (Dr Pepper!) in hand! This queso recipe is simple and perfect for your Cinco De Mayo festivities!
Ingredients

3/4 lb White American Cheese and 4 oz Mozzarella

1 Can Evaporated Milk

1 Tbsp Cornstarch

2 tbsp canned Jalapeños or Green Chiles (or both for extra heat)

1 tsp Chili Powder

1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

1/4 tsp of both Salt & Pepper

Top with cilantro, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños
Directions

Heat evaporated milk and whisk in cornstarch. Once simmering, reduce heat to low.

Stir in your cheese in batches by the handful. Stir until fully melted, and then add more and stir until all cheese has been added and melted together.

Stir in the chili powder, red pepper flakes, jalapenos, etc. (The hotter the better y'all)
