2 ounces Don Julio tequila (sub for 2 add'l ounces of Topo Chico if making a mocktail)

2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice, plus wedges for garnish

2 ounces Topo Chico

½ ounce lime juice

¼ ounce simple syrup

Coarse sea salt, for the rim of the glasses
- Ice
Directions

Use a grapefruit wedge to rub against the edge of your glass then proceed to salt the rim by dipping it onto a small plate of salt.

Mix the tequila (or add'l Topo Chico), grapefruit juice, Topo Chico, lime juice, and simple syrup into the glass.

Fill the remainder of the glass with ice. Adjust sweetness to your taste preference.

Garnish with grapefruit wedge and enjoy!
