12 Bands on Our Radar During Summer 2016

Music is a huge part of Texas’ culture. (And not just country music!) With Austin’s growing music scene, sometimes it seems as if we’ve got more singer-songwriters, folk groups, and alternative rock bands than anywhere else.

And anyone who has met us knows that we can’t get enough. We’ve always have been active music buffs and we always will be, especially during the summertime when park lawns are concert venues and tank tops are acceptable event attire. The following twelve bands and solo artists are for sure to be on our radar this festival season.

 

  1.  THE QUAKER CITY NIGHT HAWKS

The foot-stomping beats of Texas boogie with the thundering weight of classic blues, the Quaker City Night Hawks are bringing a party of show.
